综合护理在老年髋关节置换术后的应用研究

Application research on comprehensive nursing in the senile hip replacement after operation

目的:研究分析综合护理在老年人工全髋关节置换术后的应用,总结相关的护理经验和体会,为临床提供借鉴意义。方法:选取2013年7月-2014年1月间在我院住院的老年髋关节置换的患者60例,按照随机原则分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予综合性的护理措施,对照组给予常规护理措施,分别在给予护理措施前和护理措施后对60例老年髋关节置换患者的运动功能进行评估,并采用髋关节相关的特定综合评估量表Harris标准和日常生活活动能力(ADL)Barthel指数评定进行相关分析比较。结果:治疗前两组患者各项评分差异无统计学意义,术后比较两组的治疗效果,显示实验组患者的住院时间较对照组明显缩短,而且并发症等方面也明显优于对照组,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:综合护理能够有效地改善患肢的关节活动力,有利于患者术后的康复,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective: To research the comprehensive nursing in elderly patients after total hip replacement, and summarize the experience of nursing. Methods:60 cases of elderly hip replacement in our hospital from July 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given comprehensive nursing. The control group was given routine nursing. The motor function before and after were respectively evaluated. They were analyzed and compared with the specific evaluation,which related to the hip joint scale standard of Harris and the activities of daily living assessment of Barthel index. Results:In two groups, the difference before treatment were not statistically significant, after operation therapeutic effect in two groups were compared. The experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group at the hospitalization time , and were significantly better than the control group at complications. Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the limb joint activity, and worth to apply in clinical promotion.
