摘要
报告1例中毒性表皮坏死松解症。患者女,71岁。全身红斑、水疱、表皮剥脱伴疼痛1d。全身表皮剥脱面积>30%,伴有外阴黏膜损害。可疑致敏药物为羟苯磺酸钙。予大剂量甲泼尼龙和静脉注射用人免疫球蛋白治疗无效,死亡。
A case of toxic epidermal necrolysis （TEN） is reported. A 71-year-old woman presented with generalized painful erythemas, vesicles and exfoliated skin for one day. Physical examination showed an over 30% of body surface with epidermal exfoliation. Vulvar mucosa was also involved. Calcium dobesilate was suspected to be the allergen. High dose of methylprednisolone and intravenous immunoglobulins（ IV Ig） were ineffec- tive and the patient died later.
