超脉冲CO_2点阵激光治疗瘢痕58例临床观察 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨CO2点阵激光治疗瘢痕的临床疗效及安全性。方法58例瘢痕患者均进行CO2点阵激光治疗2次,每隔3个月治疗1次,其中痤疮性瘢痕32例,外伤性瘢痕11例,烫伤性瘢痕8例,缝合性瘢痕7例,于2次治疗前及治疗后3个月时分别进行数码照相,记录恢复过程和不良反应。结果末次治疗后3个月时,75.86%患者皮损改善率超过50%,有效率为100.00%。治疗后创面愈合时间为5~10d,平均7d,无感染、新生瘢痕、明显色素沉着、色素减退等严重并发症。结论CO2点阵激光治疗瘢痕安全并疗效确切。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of uhrapulsed fractional CO2 laser in the treatment of scar. Methods 58 patients with scar, including 32 acne scar, 11 traumatic scar,8 burn scar and 7 suture scar, were treated with ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser once every 3 months. Digital photos were taken before and after the treatment. The efficacy and the side effects were evaluated 1 month and 3 months after the treat- ment. Results After 3 months of treatment, an over 50% improvement was seen in 75.86% of the pa- tients. The total effective rate was 100.00%. The healing times ranged 5 ~ 10 days with an average of 7 days. No adverse event was observed. Conclusions Ultrapulsed fractional CO2 laser is effective and safe for treating scars.
