面部幼年性黄色肉芽肿2例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 1临床资料 例1男，10个月。右上额结节6个月，逐渐增大。6个月前无明显诱因患者右上额部出现米粒大小结节，无明显自觉症状。随后结节逐渐增大。家族中无类似疾病史，否认外伤及系统疾病史。体检：一般情况可，全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大，心、肺、腹尤异常，眼科检查无异常。皮肤科情况：右上额可见一约花生米大小较正常皮肤颜色略深色的结节，隆起，界清，固定（图1），口腔及外阴黏膜等处未见类似损害。
