The Current State of Archive Volunteer Services in America on the Basis of Two Volunteer Programs

文章以美国谢尔本博物馆档案部"档案鉴定与文书处理项目"和美国国家档案与文件管理局的"军功授地档案文件标引"项目为例,从档案志愿者群体和工作内容、志愿者招募、培训和管理等角度探究美国档案工作志愿服务的发展现状,为我国将志愿服务机制引入档案工作提供借鉴。

On the basis of introducing the ＂Archives Appraisal and Processing Project＂ in Shelburne Museum and ＂Indexing Bounty Lands Records＂ in NARA from the aspects of participants, job details, vocational training, volunteer recruitment and management, this paper offers a brief view of the current development and practice methods of volunteer programs in America.
