摘要
3A21铝合金真空钎焊技术的成熟使越来越多的产品投入应用,通过介绍铝真空钎焊时出现的缺陷及其形成原因,对其有直观和具体的认识。其中,外部缺陷主要有钎料熔化不充分、未钎着、溶蚀、钎料流失;内部缺陷主要有组织不均匀和偏聚。
More and more products are applied in production with the maturing of vacuum brazing technology of aluminum alloy 3A21.The vacuum brazing defects of aluminum and its causes were introduced.The external flaws are insufficient fusion of filler metal,incomplete penetration,erosion,brazing filler metal erosion.The internal defects are inhomogeneous and segregation.
