摘要
针对两根薄壁圆管工件的激光对接焊接进行夹具设计,工件由高精度主动卡盘和从动卡盘分别固定,由伺服电机经过同步轮对卡盘进行同步驱动。采用人工上、下料,从动卡盘通过线性滑轨与主动卡盘对齐,保证位置精度。调节滑轨上的丝杆将两个卡盘夹紧,从而将两根薄壁圆管工件夹紧。
The fixture was designed laser butt welding of two thin-walled tubes,which are fixed with high precision chuck and driven chuck respectively,and the chuck is driven synchronously by the servo motor through synchronous wheel.Using manual feeding of material,then driven chuck passes linear slide and aligned with precision chuck to keep the position accuracy.Adjusting screw on the two rails to clamp two chucks to make the two thin-walled tubes clamp.
