大型球铁轴承盖工艺改进

摘要 某大型球铁轴承盖在生产过程中发现存在缩松缺陷,废品率较高。通过利用Magma模拟软件对工艺进行相应改进,调整冒口及冷铁尺寸、改进浇注系统,经过生产验证,其解决了铸件存在的缩松缺陷问题,显著提高了铸件成品率。 A large Nodular iron bearing cover was found some casting defects such us shrinkage porosity in the production process. So its rejection rate was higher.By using of Magma simulation analysis, the casting process was optimized on riser, chill and gating system. Through production veriifcation, the casting defects mentioned above were resolved and the casting yield was improved signiifcantly.
