发热补贴片在机车轴箱体铸造生产中的应用

摘要 机车用轴箱体铸造传统工艺轴箱内腔补缩采用金属补贴,尽管效果能达到产品质量要求,但金属补贴清理较困难,采用火焰切割时易割伤铸件本体,而且切割后的表面状态很差,机加工时经常发生刀具损坏情况,经济效益和生产效率不理想。采用发热补贴片替代金属补贴,能达到相同的产品质量要求,并能节约钢液,避免金属补贴切割和减少刀具损坏,提高了经济效益。 Metal pad is always utilized in traditional foundry of axle box for locomotives, which is employed to improve the feeding capacity. Although which make the axle box to be achieved at the standards, metal pad bring about many problems. For example, the lfame cutting to metal pad is very hard and dangerous, and the main casting body always is cut wounded, because the hole of axle box is small;The surface quality of axle box hole is always very rough, which may make the machining tool to be destroyed. All above of negative factors would decrease the economic beneift and producing efifciency. The axle box can meet the requirement as well, and some molten steel could be saved, and negative results above could be avoided, when the metal pad replaced by the exothermic pad.
