摘要
通过对几种重要的造型材料及其性能参数的介绍,以及关键性能参数对铸件质量的影响,结合实际生产过程控制,总结并提出了改进及预防措施。通过对原辅材料的性能参数的稳定控制,可以确保铸件质量稳定。
In this paper, by the introduction of several important molding material and its property parameters,the key property parameters affect the quality of castings,combined with the actual production process control,summarized and suggest improvements and preventive measures,controlled by the stability of the property parameters of molding material,ensure the casting quality stability.
