摘要
试验旨在研究公母配对和双母配对模式下雌鸽繁殖期生殖相关激素水平的变化规律。分别选择6对繁殖周期规律的美国白羽王鸽肉种鸽和蛋种鸽进行测定,结果表明:双母配对中的雌鸽产蛋当天卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)处于高峰期,并于产蛋后的第15天重新升高并到达峰值;雌二醇(E2)水平于产蛋后第15天升至峰值,随后降低,并于第35天显著升高;孕酮(P)水平于产蛋后第15天达到峰值,随后显著降低,并于第30~35天持续升高;血清中催乳素(PRL)水平较为平稳,试验全期无显著性变化。公母配对中的雌鸽血清中FSH和LH水平分别于第35和30天显著上升,E2和P水平分别于产蛋后第30和25天显著升高,PRL水平则于产蛋后第20天达到最大值。综上结果,雌鸽血清中FSH、LH、E2和P在繁殖期的变化规律均符合公母配对和双母配对方式下雌鸽的生产周期,研究结果为今后肉鸽和蛋鸽繁殖相关的研究提供理论参考。
The experiment was conducted to study the changing pattern of reproductive hormones in female pigeon serum during reproductive cycle with different paring style. Six pairs of meat-type pigeons and six pairs of egg-type pigeons were chosen to detect related indexes respectively. The results showed that in the female-female pairs the values of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in pigeons reached at peak at 15 d after laying. The value of estradiol(E2)was maximum at 15 d,and then decreased,and increased significantly at 35 d again. Progesterone(P)value reached at peak at 15 d,and then decreased significantly,and continued to increase between 30 d and 35 d.There were no significant changes in serum prolactin(PRL)values during the whole 35 d. In the male-female pairs,the values of FSH and LH increased at 35 d and 30 d,respectively. The values of E2 and P increased at 30 d and 25 d,respectively. However,PRL value reached at peak at 20 d. Therefore,the changing pattern of FSH,LH,E2 and P in pigeon serum conformed to reproductive cycle of pigeon under the two different paring styles,and the present study provided the theoretical references for reproductive research of meat-type and egg-type pigeons in the future.
