复方中草药对AA肉鸡饲养效果及肉质的影响

Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Growth Performance and Meat Quality of AA Broilers

为了验证复方中草药在肉鸡饲养中的应用效果,选择体重相近、健康的1日龄AA肉雏鸡400只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复。Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.5%、1%和1.5%复方中草药。结果显示:复方中草药能够促进肉鸡增重,提高肉鸡采食量,降低料肉比;提高肌肉中蛋白质含量,改善肌肉pH值,延缓肌肉pH值的下降速度,降低肌肉L*值和b*值,提高a*值,显著改善肌肉颜色,提高肌肉嫩度;能降低血液中IL-1和IL-6水平,提高IGF水平,其中1.5%添加组IL-1和IL-6分别比对照组低36.57%,30.42%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。IGF比对照组提高63.08%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明:复方中草药具有较高的实用价值,在肉鸡饲粮中适宜添加比例为1.5%。

In order to verify the application effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine in broiler feeding,400 healthy AA broilers of 1 day age were divided into 4 groups randomly,with 5 replicates in each group. Group Ⅰ was fed with the basal diet,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ were fed with the diet added herbal medicine at the 0.5%,1% and 1.5%,respectively. The results showed that compound Chinese herbal medicine promoted level of weight gain,increased feed intake,decreased feed conversion ratio,and improved the content of protein in chicken,and improved pH value,delayed the drop speed of pH value,reduced L＊ and b＊ values,enhanced the value of a＊ value,significantly improved the color of muscle,improved the tenderness of muscle,reduced IL-1 and IL-6,improved the level of IGF in blood. The level of IL-1 and IL-6 of group Ⅳ was lower than that of the control group by 36.57%（P〈0.01）,30.42%（P〈0.01）,respectively,and IGF was raised 63.08% than that of control group（P〈0.01）. In conclusion,compound Chinese herbal medicine had high practical value,the suitable ratio of compound Chinese herbal medicine in AA broiler diet was 1.5%.
