双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠蛋清性关节炎的抑制作用

Influence of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule on the Inhibition of Rats' Arthritis Induced by Egg Albumen

目的:观察双乌镇痛胶囊对大鼠蛋清性关节炎抑制作用的影响。方法:取大鼠66只,雌雄各半。随机分为对照组10只,阿司匹林组10只,双乌镇痛胶囊高剂量组12只,双乌镇痛胶囊中剂量组12只,双乌镇痛胶囊低剂量组12只。各组均灌胃给药,于末次给药后1 h,分别测量各组大鼠致炎前及致炎后左后足跖容积,以致炎前、后足跖容积的差值作为肿胀率,计算各组肿胀率。结果:双乌镇痛胶囊能够减少蛋清性关节炎引起的大鼠足趾肿胀率(P<0.05)。结论:双乌镇痛胶囊能够显著抑制由蛋清性关节炎引起的大鼠足跖肿胀。

Objective： To observe the influence of Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule on the inhibition of rats＇ arthritis induced by egg albumen. Methods： 66 rats（33 male and 33 female rats） were randomized into control group（10 cases）,Aspirin group（10 cases）,Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule of high dosage（ 12 cases）,Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule of medium dosage（ 12 cases）,Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule of low dosage（12 cases）. All groups were given intragastric administration. After one hour of the last administration,the volumes of vola pedis as well as the swelling degrees before and after the attack of arthritis were measured; the swelling degree in each group was calculated. Results： Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule can reduce the toe swelling caused by arthritis induced by egg albumen（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shuangwu Zhentong Capsule can significantly inhibit rats＇ vola pedis swelling caused by arthritis induced by egg albumen.
