消赘饮辅助治疗感染性心内膜炎35例

Adjuvant Treatment by Xiaozhui Beverage for Thirty-Five Cases with Infectious Endocarditis

目的:观察消赘饮辅助治疗感染性心内膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取于本院感染性心内膜炎患者67例,随机分为对照组32例和治疗组35例。对照组患者给予西医常规抗生素足量、长效治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予消赘饮治疗,日1剂,早晚分服,两组均以15 d为1个疗程。治疗4个疗程后观察两组患者的B超心脏瓣膜损害情况、赘生物大小变化等。结果:对照组治愈率为46.9%,治疗组治愈率为71.4%,治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消赘饮辅助治疗可使心脏瓣膜损害有明显好转,赘生物有所缩小或消失,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhui Beverage on infectious endocarditis. Methods： 67 cases with infectious endocarditis received by this hospital were randomized into control group（32 cases） and treatment group（35 cases）. Control group were given conventional western medicine of adequate antibiotics for long-term treatment; treatment group were additionally given Xiaozhui Beverage,with one dosage every day and for morning and evening use,15 days as a treatment course. After 4 treatment courses,the damage of B ultrasound valvular lesion,and the changes of the size of the neoplasm were observed.Results： The cure rate of treatment group（71. 4%） was significantly higher than that of control group（46. 9%）（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The adjuvant treatment of Xiaozhui Beverage can significantly improve the valvular lesion,reduce or resolve the neoplasm with remarkable effect.
