摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤联合低热量肠内营养治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将80例重症脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗的基础上给予补阳还五汤治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予早期肠道内营养支持,两组均连续治疗14 d,比较两组患者营养状况,免疫指标和神经功能评定指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的各项营养指标均显著高于对照组,观察组患者的CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞和免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig G、Ig M)均明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后NIHSS评分、BI评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者的神经功能缺损程度与患者的营养状况呈明显的负相关。结论:补阳还五汤联合低热量肠内营养可提高脑梗死患者的营养指标和免疫功能,疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction combined with low-calorie enteral nutrition on severe cerebral infarction. Methods: 80 cases of severe cerebral infarction were randomized into treatment and control groups,with 40 cases in each group. On the basic treatment,control group were given Yang-Supplementing and FiveReturning Decoction while treatment group were additionally given early enteral nutritional support and both groups had been treated for a successive of 14 days. The nutritional status,immune parameters,and nerve function of the two groups were assessed.Results: After treatment,compared with the control group,the nutrition indicators,CD3+T cells,CD4+T cells and immunoglobulins in observation group were significantly higher compared with control group; the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 05). After treatment,NIHSS score and BI scores in observation group were significantly lower than these in control group(P〈0. 05). Neurological impairment and nutritional status of patients showed a significant negative correlation. Conclusion:Yang-Supplementing and Five-Returning Decoction combined with low-calorie enteral nutrition can remarkably enhance the nutrition indicators,immunity function of the patients with severe cerebral infarction.
