曙光医院中医预防保健体系建设现状调查研究

Present Situation Research of Construction of TCM Prevention and Healthcare of Shuguang Hospital

目的:通过对曙光医院治未病服务体系建设现状进行调查分析,总结治未病服务经验,发现存在的问题,研究相应的改善措施,提高服务质量,为治未病发展对策提供依据。方法:通过查阅文献资料,汇总可量化的评价指标,设计调查问卷。采取面对面问卷形式,由经培训合格的医生对接受治未病服务的人群进行包括:患者的人口学特征、所接受的治未病服务、治疗效果、服务的满意情况和建议等相关内容的调查。结果:了解了患者对各环节的满意程度,发现了一些现实存在的问题和需要改进之处。如受服务人群人口学结构、人才配置、健康宣教、回访工作等方面存在的一些不足,并针对此类问题提出了改进措施的建议。结论:本次调查研究能有效促进本院治未病服务建设工作,对提高治未病服务质量及患者满意度等方面的改进工作起到积极作用,为提高中医预防保健"治未病"服务进一步研究提供一个参考的对策。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the present situation of construction of preventive treatment service system,summarize the service experience of preventive treatment,discover the extant problems,study relevant improvement measures,improve the service quality and finally to provide the bases for the development strategies of preventive treatment. Methods： By reviewing the literature,collecting the quantizable evaluation indexes,designing the questionnaire,the investigations of the patients receiving preventive treatment including demographic characteristic,services of preventive treatment,therapeutic effect,satisfaction of the serves and suggestions were conducted by trained and qualified doctors. Results： Some extant problems were discovered and some improvements should be made in the demographic structures,personnel allotment,health education,follow-ups of the patients receiving treatment. Some suggestions on these problems had been proposed. Conclusion： This investigation can effectively facilitate the service construction of this hospital,positively improve the qualities and satisfactions of preventive treatment,which provides strategic reference for further improving the service of preventive treatment by TCM prevention and healthcare.
