中药联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌胃炎34例

Thirty-Four Cases with Helicobacter Pylori Gastritis Treated with Chinese Medicine Combined with Triple Therapy

目的:观察中药联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例幽门螺杆菌胃炎随机分成对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组采用单一中药疗法治疗,治疗组采用中药联合三联疗法治疗,观察两组患者Hp根除效果、症状缓解情况及不良反应发生情况等。结果:治疗组治疗后Hp根除率为97.06%,明显优于对照组的73.53%(P<0.05);治疗结束后1周、4周、7周,治疗组症状频度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组症状缓解率为76.47%,明显低于治疗组的94.12%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组不良反应率比较无显著性差异。结论:中药联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌胃炎患者疗效确切,可以缓解不适症状、降低不良发应发生率、提高根除率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with triple therapy on hlicobacter pylori gastritis. Methods： 68 cases with hlicobacter pylori gastritis were randomized into control group（34 cases） given simple Chinese medicine therapy and treatment group（ 34 cases） given Chinese medicine combined with triple therapy. The eradication results of Hp,the symptoms relief and occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups were observed. Results： The Hp eradication rate of treatment group was 97. 06%,obviously lower than that of control group（ 73. 53%）. After the 1st,4th and 7th week of the treatment,the symptom frequency scores in treatment group were markedly lower than these in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The symptom relief rate was 76. 47% in control group,apparently lower than that in treatment group（94. 12%）（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the occurrence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with triple therapy has definite efficacy on hlicobacter pylori gastritis,which can relieve uncomfortable symptoms,lower the occurrence rate of adverse reactions and increase the eradication rate.
