泻肝汤治疗原发性高血压75例

Liver Draining Decoction for Treating Seventy-Five Cases with Primary Hypertension

目的:观察泻肝汤治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将150例原发性高血压患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各75例。对照组给予马来酸依那普利片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上应用泻肝汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率为66.67%,治疗组有效率为82.67%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的中医症状体征改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血压、心率均较本组治疗前降低;两组治疗后血压、心率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泻肝汤治疗肝火亢盛型原发性高血压,能降低患者血压、心率,改善患者中医症状体征,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Liver Draining Decoction on primary hypertension. Methods： 150 cases with primary hypertension were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 75 cases in each group. Control group were given Enalapril Maleate Tablets while treatment group were additionally given Liver Draining Decoction. Results： The effective rate was 66. 67% in control group and 82. 67% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The improvement rate of TCM symptoms and signs in treatment group was higher than that in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The differences in blood pressure,heart rate between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The blood pressure and heart rate in treatment group got improved when compared with these in control group. Conclusion： For primary hypertension of liver-fire hyperactivity pattern,Liver Draining Decoction can reduce the blood pressure and heart rate,and improve the TCM symptoms and signs,which is remarkably effective.
