补肾健脾汤治疗糖尿病肾病62例

Sixty-Two Cases with Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Kidney-Tonifying and Spleen-Strengthening Decoction

目的:观察补肾健脾汤治疗糖尿病肾病Mogensen分期属于临床期IV期患者的临床疗效。方法:将2012年1月—2014年1月本院符合条件的糖尿病肾病患者124例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各62例,在血糖控制良好的情况下,对照组用依那普利治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用补肾健脾汤治疗,疗程1个月。结果:对照组有效率为69.4%,治疗组有效率为90.3%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健脾汤治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,无不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Kidney-Tonifying and Spleen-Strengthening Decoction on Diabetic Nephropathy（ DN） of Mogensen stages pertains to clinical IV stage. Methods： 124 cases with eligible DN received by this hospital from January,2012 to January,2014 were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 62 cases in each group. Under good control of blood sugar,control group were given Enalapril and treatment group were additionally given Kidney-Tonifying and Spleen-Strengthening Decoction,with one month as a treatment course for both groups. Results： The effective rate was 69. 4% in control group and 90. 3% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Kidney-Tonifying and Spleen-Strengthening Decoction has remarkable effect on DN without any adverse reaction.
