摘要
目的:观察鼻敏散治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予氯雷他定片口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用鼻敏散治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为76.7%;两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻敏散治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎效果显著,且复发率低。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Bimin Powder on allergic rhinitis due to deficient-cold lung qi. Methods： 60 cases with allergic rhinitis due to deficient-cold long qi were randomized into control group（ 30 cases） orally given Loratadine Tablets and treatment group（30 cases） additionally given Bimin Powder. Results： The effective rate was 76. 7% in control group and 93. 3% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Bimin Powder has remarkable effects on allergic rhinitis due to deficient-cold lung qi and the relapse rate was low.
