补肾固泉散不同制备方法对压力性尿失禁患者接触性皮炎发生率的影响

Influence of Different Preparations of Bushen Guquan Powder on Contact Dermatitis

目的:研究补肾固泉散不同制备方法对压力性尿失禁患者接触性皮炎发生率的影响。方法:将120名压力性尿失禁患者随机分为4组,在使用同样中药处方的基础上,分别使用生理盐水(A组)、甘油(B组)、黄酒(C组)、甘油及黄酒混合液(D组)作为制备溶剂,治疗后进行对照研究。结果:4种制备方法引起接触性皮炎的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组发生率最高,B组发生率最低。4组接触性皮炎严重程度差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.857,P=0.013<0.05),C组接触性皮炎发生的程度较其余各组更加严重。结论:通过制备方法改进,将黄酒及甘油混合液作为溶剂制备的补肾固泉散既保留了其药物的特性,又能降低压力性尿失禁患者接触性皮炎的发生率。

Objective： To study the influence of different preparations of Bushen Guquan Powder on contact dermatitis. Methods：120 cases with stress incontinence were randomized into 4 groups respectively given normal saline（ group A）,glycerinum（ group B）,millet wine（ group C） and mixed liquor of lycerinum and millet wine（ group D） as preparation solution. Comparisons were made after the treatment. Results： The difference among the contact dermatitis induced by 4 preparations had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The occurrence rate in group C was the highest and that in group B as the lowest. The seriousness degree of contact dermatitis in the 4 groups had statistical significance（ χ^2= 10. 857,P = 0. 013 0. 05）. The seriousness of contact dermatitis in group C were the most compared with the rest of the groups. Conclusion： With improved preparation method,the mixed liquor of lycerinum and millet wine can not only retain the properties of the drugs and also reduce the occurrence rate of contact dermatitis.
