摘要
目的:观察耳穴埋豆预防肛门疾病术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选取肛门疾病手术(混合痔、肛裂、肛瘘等)患者400例,随机分为对照组和预防组各200例。对照组给予肛肠科术前术后常规护理,预防组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴埋豆治疗。结果:预防组导尿率2.5%,有效率97.5%;对照组导尿率7%,有效率93.0%,预防组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆能预防肛门疾病术后尿潴留发生,临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of auricular seed embedding on preventing uroschesis after surgery of anal diseases. Methods： 400 cases with surgery of anal diseases（ mixed hemorrhoid,anal fissure,anal fistula） were randomized into control group and prevention group,with 200 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional nursing after surgery of anal diseases while prevention group were additionally performed auricular seed embedding. Results： The urethral catheterization rate was 2. 5% in prevention group while 7% in control group; the effective rate was 97. 5% in prevention group while 93. 0% in control group; prevention group were better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Auricular seed embedding can prevent uroschesis after surgery of anal diseases with remarkable effect.
