柴桂退热颗粒治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染52例

Chaigui Tuire Granules in the Treatment of Infants with Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection: 52 cases

目的:观察柴桂退热颗粒治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年5月—2014年10月于本院就诊的急性上呼吸道感染患儿104例,随机分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组患儿给予西医常规抗生素、抗病毒制剂治疗,观察组患儿给予柴桂退热颗粒治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前后临床症状的改善情况及证候积分变化情况;检测治疗前后患者血清炎性因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平变化。结果:对照组有效率为75%,明显低于观察组有效率92.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿经治疗后发热、咳嗽、咽干、鼻塞、腹泻、纳少等主要临床症状较治疗前有所改善,证候积分有所降低,以观察组的变化更为突出,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、咽干、鼻塞、腹泻、纳少症状的消退时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿经治疗后炎性因子水平改善明显,hs-CRP、IL-6、SAA水平均较治疗前明显降低,观察组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴桂退热颗粒能缓解急性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床症状,促进症状消退,抗炎作用突出,疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaigui Tuire Granules in the treatment of infants with acute upper respiratory tract infection（ URTI）. Methods： A total of 104 infants with acute URTI admitted in our hospital from May,2012 to October,2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 cases for each. Control group was treated with western medicines including routine antibiotics and anti-virus agents,while observation group Chaigui Tuire Granules. The improvement of clinical symptoms and symptom score before and after treatment in both groups were observed. Serum inflammatory factors such as high-sensitive C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP）,interleukin-6（ IL-6） and serum amyloid protein A（ SAA） levels were detected before and after treatment in both groups. Results： The effective rate of control group was 75%,evidently lower than the 92. 3% in observation group（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical symptoms（ fever,cough,dry throat,nasal congestion,diarrhea and anorexia） were improved and symptom score decreased apparently after treatment than treatment before,which were more obvious in observation group（ P〈0. 05）. The disappearing time of above clinical symptoms was markedly shorter in observation group than in control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the inflammatory factor levels were improved significantly,in which the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and SAA decreased apparently after treatment than treatment before and were obviously lower in observation group than in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chaigui Tuire Granules can effectively remiss the clinical symptoms,promote the symptom disappearing with excellent anti-inflammatory effect and clinical efficacy in the treatment of infants with acute URTI.
