中医药内外合治急性肾损伤研究进展

Research Progress of Acute Kidney Injury Treated by Combination of Internal and External Chinese Medicine Therapy

中医药治疗急性肾损伤立足整体,辨证论治,临床上常以复方制剂为主,治法多从通腑泄实、宜畅三焦、活血化瘀、泄热导浊等方面入手。近年来,中药保留灌肠、单味中药及其有效成分提取物在治疗急性肾损伤方面也更加凸显了中医药独特的优势。随着细胞分子生物学等在中药防治中的进一步应用与完善,灵活运用中医理论辨证组方,将中医药补虚祛瘀两大法则相结合,找准切入点与现代科学研究方法紧密联系,将为急性肾损伤的预防以及临床治疗开辟更为广阔的道路。

In traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）,the treatment of acute kidney injury（ AKI） is based on holism and syndrome differentiation and treatment,which often apply compound preparation and starts from bowel-relaxing and excess-discharging,triple-energizer-unblocking,blood-stasis-resolving by blood-activating,heat-clearing and turbidity-inducing. In recent years＇ treatment of AKI,TCM has highlighted its advantages in Chinese medicine retention enema,single Chinese herb application and the effective ingredient extract of the herb. With the application and improvement of molecular cell biology in the prevention and treatment of AKI,flexible syndrome differentiation and preparation arrangement,combined with the two major TCM principles of tonifying deficiency and removing stasis,plus appropriate entry point and the seeking of closely connection with modern scientific research method will pave a broad way for the prevention and clinical treatment of AKI.
