摘要
探索了锡粉促进下,以1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,在室温条件下,通过醛、芳胺和2-溴甲基丙烯酸乙酯的烯丙基化反应,合成α-亚甲基-γ-氨基酸酯的方法.该方法不需使用任何催化剂,具有高效、环境友好、价格低廉和操作简便等特点.
An allylation reaction was explored for the synthesis of ethyl a-methylene-y-amino carboxylates by treating aldehydes, aryl amines and ethyl 2-（bromomethyl）acrylate with tin powder at room temperature in 1,4-dioxane. The method is highly efficient and environmentally benign with catalyst-free, low cost and concise manipulation.
