抽水蓄能电站对地区电网风电接纳能力的研究

摘要 以地区电网实际系统为例,将抽水蓄能机组和风电机组一起纳入组合问题当中,建立抽水蓄能-风电联合供电模型,并以风电最大经济效益为目标构建联合系统优化运行模型。并利用该优化模型分析了不同季节典型日下抽水蓄能电站对风电接入电网各项指标的影响。结果表明,在该地区电网中,只有当风电容量超过系统的接纳能力时,抽水系能电站的作用才能较为显著的得意体现。与此同时,风电并网的各项指标也随着抽水蓄能电站容量的增加而得以改善。 Based on regional power grid, the pumped storage station was considered in the unit commitment problem. An pumped storage station-wind generation optimal operation model of the power system was built aimed to get the maximum economic benefits of wind generation. It analyzed the impact of the pumped storage power station with diffenret capacity of grid connecting wind power in a day in different seasons. The result showed when the wind power is small,the impact of pumped storage is not obvious. And the impact of increasing the pumped power storage station improved just until the capacity of wind power was so large the some was abandoned.
