公文通用格式中版记项目不宜取消——兼与郑彦离同志商榷

The Edition Mark in General Format of the Official Document Should not Be Cancelled——Discussion with Comrade Zheng Yanli

文章针对公文格式中设置版记项目有无必要进行讨论,兼对郑彦离同志的"格式中印发机关和印发日期项目应该取消"和"公文文尾部分不宜称版记"提出质疑,认为应把国家标准《党政机关公文格式》中的"抄送机关"列入"主体"部分,并明确版记是通用公文格式的必备格式要素。

The paper discusses that whether it is necessary or not to discuss the edition mark of the layout for official document. At the same time, this paper questions Zheng Yanli＇ s writing ＂the projects of issuing organ and date in the format should be cancelled＂ and ＂the ending part of official documents should not be named as the edition mark＂ . The author thinks that ＂the cc＇ d organs＂ should be put into ＂the main part＂ at the Layout Key for Official Document of Party and Government Organs and determine the edition mark as necessary element of the official document which uses the general format.
