摘要 目的了解参与式教学法在西藏日喀则地区医务人员急救培训中的效果,并为西藏同类培训提供一定的科学依据。方法运用参与式教学方法在西藏日喀则地区非急救专业医务人员中进行院前急救培训,并以培训前和培训完成后的理论知识测试比较及最终操作考核的形式评估教学效果。结果本次培训学员对参与式教学法授课总体满意度高达95%以上;无论是理论知识测试还是操作考核均取得了较满意的成绩,并且不受学历和职称的影响;对本次培训的参训学员总体满意度调查,结果为100%满意。结论运用参与式教学方法在西藏日喀则地区非急救专业医务人员培训中取得较好的效果和满意度,值得在西藏同类培训中推广。 Objective: Understanding participatory teaching methods in Tibet Shigatse medical staffin first-aid training effect, and providing scientific basis for similar training in Tibet. Methods: Using participatory teaching methods in Tibet Shigatse non-emergency medical staff for pre-hospital first-aid training, and assessment of teaching effects in training before and the training after in the test of theoretical knowledge and in the final examination results.Results: The trainees to participatory teaching methods in satisfaction more than 95%; Both the test theoretical knowledge and the practical examination has achieved satisfactory results, and not under the influence of education and titles; the trainees overall satisfaction survey was 100% satisfied. Conclusion: Using participatory teaching methods in Tibet Shigatse non-emergency medical staff for first-aid training to achieve good results and satisfaction, it is worth promoting for similar training in Tibet.
