摘要
目的通过对西藏拉萨地区151例患者进行视频脑电图监测的护理,探讨高原特色脑电检测患者的护理特点。方法对患者进行评估后进行针对性的给予心理护理,生活护理和健康指导,以及对监测环境进行管理。结果对进行录像视频脑电图的患者进行一对一的专科护理、因地制宜详细的讲解后患者的依从性明显的增高,保证了脑电图检测的顺利进行。结论因地制宜制定监测前、监测中、监测后的护理是脑电图监测完整性和准确性的保证,为临床诊断提供可靠的依据.
Objective： through the nursing of video EEG monitoring to explore the nursing characteristics of patients in plateau area in Lhasa,Tibet Methods： the patients were evaluated according to the given after psychological nursing, life care and health guidance, as well as the management of environmental monitoring. Results： the video EEG were increased significantly in one on one on nursing, detailed after the compliance of the patients, the EEG detection smoothly. Conclusion： during all course given the special nursing to provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis monitoring
