资源型城市产业优化是我国经济发展不可回避的话题,我国各类矿藏丰富,资源型城市较多,资源型城市产业的优化升级是我国经济发展的关键。在经济转型的新时期,资源型城市在国家经济发展中的地位每况愈下,而出现这种情况与资源型城市产业结构不合理是不无关系的。阜新市是中国资源枯竭型城市产业结构调整的试点城市,其产业调整的过程将为我国其他资源枯竭型城市提供宝贵经验。所以,研究阜新市的产业结构问题不仅对阜新市具有重要意义,对我国其他资源型城市的转型也有巨大帮助。

Industry optimization of resource - based city is an inevitable topic of China＇s economic develop- ment. China is rich in all kinds of mineral deposits, and it has lots of resource - based cities. Resource - based cit- ies＇ industrial upgrading is the key to the economic development of our country. In the new period of economic transition, the status of resource - based cities in the eountry＇s economic development is becoming worse, and this phenomenon＇ s happening is related to the unreasonable of industrial structure. Fuxin is the resource - exhausted cities＇ pilot city of industrial structure adjustment. The adjustment process of the industry will provide other re- source - exhausted cities in China with valuable experience. So, the research of industrial structure problem of Fux- in has an important significance. It gives other transformation of resource - based cities great help. This article is divided into four parts： the first part is the topic background and related theory＇ s introduction; the second part is the analysis of the industrial structure; the third part is the countermeasures of industrial structure adjustment of Fuxin.
