摘要
针对山东某金红石矿的性质和特点,对重选中摇床产品进行了研究,摇床精矿再摇床可得到产率17.47%,TFe品位66.69%,Ti O2含量10.51%,铁回收率49.54%,Ti O2回收率32.56%的铁精矿。摇床尾矿浮选,采用一粗一精一扫工艺流程,可以得到TFe品位26.78%,Ti O2含量11.95%,铁回收率4.04%,Ti O2回收率7.52%的金红石精矿,同时回收了铁和钛,为该矿选矿工艺的选择和开发提供合理的工艺参数和指标。
Aimed at the characteristics of a futile in Shandong, studies on the tabling products in the gravity separa- tion were carried on. The iron concentrate with the yield of 17.47% ,the total iron grade of 66. 69% ,the content of TiO2 of 10. 51%, the iron recovery rate of 49. 54% and the TiO2 recovery rate of 32. 56% was obtained from the ta- bling concentrate. In the flotation of tabling railings,when the process of one roughing one cleaning one scavenging was adopted,the rutile concentrate with the TFe grade of 26. 78% ,the content of TiO2 of 11.95% ,the iron recovery rate of 4. 04% and the TiO2 recovery rate of 7.52% can be obtained. Meanwhile, the elements of iron and titanium were recovered, which provides the reasonable process parameters and indicators for the selection and development of mineral processing.
