木薯花叶病和褐条病的安全性评估 被引量:6

摘要 花叶病和褐条病是世界范围内木薯生产的2种重要病害,严重影响木薯的产量和品质,但目前我国还没有发现这2种病害。随着国际交流的增多,这2种病害入侵我国的风险也在不断加大。为分析这2种病害对我国木薯产业的影响,在前期木薯病害调查的基础上,检索国内外相关研究进展,对这2种病害的国内外分布状况、潜在经济危害性、受害寄主的经济重要性、传播扩散的可能性及危险性管理难度等方面情况,采用有害生物风险性分析(PRA)程序进行安全性评估。结果表明,木薯花叶病和褐条病的综合风险值R分别为2.42和2.37,属于高度危险,建议相关部门对这2种病害加强检疫管理。 Cassava mosaic and brown streak diseases are two kinds of worldwide important diseases, which could induce serious loss of yield and quality. Now these two diseases weren't happened in China, while with the increasing international exchanges, the invasion risk has become more and more strong. In order to evaluate the influence of these two diseases on China cassava industry, the safety assessment was carried out. Based on the cassava disease survey results in China early and related progress at home and abroad, domestic and foreign distribution, potential damage level, economic value of damaged host plants, spreading probability and risk management difficulty were analyzed. The safety assessments were finished with the software of pest risk analysis (PRA), and the synthetic risk R value were 2.42 and 2.37. The analysis results showed all these two kinds of cassava diseases were high risk quarantine, and the quarantine management should be reinforced by related organizations.
