摘要
通过低倍、高倍、扫描电镜观察和能谱分析方法,对一种新开发的Al-4.24Cu-1.55Mg-0.65Mn合金的铸态组织进行了分析,利用DSC分析不同保温时间处理后的合金均匀化效果,并对其微观组织特征进行研究,确定了铸锭均匀化退火温度为495℃,保温时间为24h。
The paper studied as-cast microstructure of newIy deveIoped al-4.24Cu-1.55Mg-0.65Mn alloy using Iow and high power microscopes,SEM and EDS;it analyzed the effects of homogenization on the alloy with different hoIding time by DSC and it studied microstructure characteristics;The resuIt showed that keeping annealing temperature at 495℃ and hoIding time for 24h were ideal for ingot homogenizing.
