Study of On-line Quenching Process for Aluminum Alloy Extrusions

文章从挤压制品的在线淬火工艺着手,分析了铝挤压材的热处理强化工艺,论述了铝制品在线淬火的优点和实现在线淬火的基本条件;针对不同种类的合金,分析了其对应的在线淬火冷却装置型式以及设计在线淬火装置时需要注意的问题。

Based on on-line quenching process,the paper presented heat treatment processes for hardening aluminum extrusions,it discussed the advantages of on-line quenching and general conditions for impIementing on-line quenching;in light of different alloys,the paper analyzed various cooling systems correspondingly,and it pointed out the issues to be noted in the design of on-line quenching equipment.
