文章根据铜带热轧的工艺要求及特点,对主机、在线淬火装置、轧边辊、卷取机、工业炉、控制系统等关键设备进行分析,提出了设备设计选型中应注意的问题和要求,并简要介绍了中色科技在这一领域的研究成果。

Based on the process requirements and characteristics of copper strip hot roI ing,this paper analyzed the key equipments such as the miI stand,on-line quenching device,edging roI ,coiIer,industrial furnace,controI system,etc.;it pointed out that the issues to be noted in design and Iectotype of the equipment;and it presented research achievements in this fieId by CNPT.
