Internal Control,Process of Marketization and Corporate Social Responsibility

摘要 本文以2009-2012年沪深两市的A股上市公司作为研究对象,从内部控制和市场化进程两个角度对上市公司的社会责任履行水平进行了实证研究。研究结果发现:内部控制与上市公司社会责任履行程度呈正相关关系,即内部控制质量越高,上市公司的社会责任履行水平也越高;市场化进程度与上市公司社会责任履行程度呈正相关关系,即市场化进程度越高的地区,上市公司社会责任履行水平越高;进一步发现,内部控制对公司社会责任的促进作用受到外部制度环境的影响,即市场化进程度越高的地区,内部控制对企业社会责任的促进作用更强。 Taking A-share listed companies in the stock markets of Shanghai and Shenzhen as the research subjects, this paper makes an empirical study on the listed companies' performance of social responsibility from the perspective of internal control and process of marketization. The find- ings show that there is positive correlation between internal control and performance of social re- sponsibility. The higher the internal control quality is, the better the performance is. The same goes to the relation between process of marketization and performance of social responsibility. Fur- ther research finds that the positive effect of internal control on corporate social responsibility is in- fluenced by external system environment. In other words, the higher the process of marketization is, the stronger the positive effect is.
