磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合小儿牛黄清心散治疗小儿季节性流感49例

Clinical Effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules Combined with Child Niuhuang Qingxin Powder in Treating 49 Cases of Child Seasonal Influenza

目的观察磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合小儿牛黄清心散用于小儿季节性流感的临床效果。方法选取98例季节性流感患儿,按入院顺序均分为对照组与治疗组,各49例。治疗组患儿给予磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合小儿牛黄清心散治疗,对照组则仅使用磷酸奥司他韦治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组患儿的退热时间为(2.09±0.68)d,咳嗽消失时间为(3.13±0.98)d,咽痛消失时间为(3.02±0.85)d,进展为肺炎的发生率为2.04%,总症状积分为(1.02±1.09)分,临床总有效率为97.96%,均明显优于对照组患儿的(2.79±0.82)d,(3.92±1.39)d,(3.89±1.21)d,28.57%,(2.01±1.68)分,71.43%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸奥司他韦颗粒联合小儿牛黄清心散治疗季节性流感,临床总有效率提高,患儿不适症状明显改善,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules combined with Child Niuhuang Qingxin Powder in treating child seasonal influenza. Methods 98 children cases of seasonal influenza in the pediatric department were selected and equal- ly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the admission sequence, 49 cases in each group. The treatment group was given the therapy of Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules combined with Chile Niuhuang Qingxin Powder; the control group was only given the treatment of oseltamivir phosphate. Results The defervesce time after treatment in the treatment group was （2. 09 ±0.68） d, the cough disappearance time was （3. 13 ±0.98） d, the sore throat disappearance time was （3.02±0.85） d, the incidence rate of progressing to pneumonia was 2.04%, the total symptom score was （1.02 ± 1.09） and the total clinical effective rate was 95.92%, which were significantly better than （2.79±0.82） d, （3.92±1.39） d, （3.89±1.21） d, 28.57%, （2.01±1.68） and 69. 39% in the control group respectively, and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Using Oseltamivir Phosphate Granules combined with Child Niuhuang Qingxin Powder for treating child seasonal influenza can increase the clinical total effective rate, significantly improve the discomfort symptoms in children patients and deserves to be popularized and used in clinic.
