With the development of the reformed economic entities of Shengli oilfield,how to give full play to the leading role of the party organization in the modern enterprise system and how to strengthen the construction of Party member team is becoming an important subject.The working pattern of Party construction in restructured enterprises has been formed,the sys-tem of communication has been gradually built,the emphasis on Party construction has been laid;the construction of Party con-duct and of a clean government has been advancing solidly;the role of Party construction in pushing the development of enter-prises is enhanced and the cultural construction is fruitful.To strengthen and improve Party construction in the restructured enterprises,the management must strengthen construction of the leadership of restructured enterprises,improve the system of Party organizations to participate in major decision-making,innovate the working mechanism and working methods,strengthen the talent team construction,and provide a strong guarantee for the restructured enterprises.
