摘要
企业劳动生产率的提高就是要将人力资源转变为人力资本,达到提高人力资本存量和人力资本利用率的目的,实现每个员工劳动生产率的提高。为达此目的,一是合理控制用工总量;二是合理设置机构和岗位;三是从流程再造、加大信息化建设和优化管理模式入手优化劳动组织形式,减少用工投入;四是建立有效的考核激励机制,调动广大员工工作积极性,激发员工创造热情。
Enterprise labor productivity is to turn the human resources into human capital,achieving the goal of improving the stock of human capital and utilization rate of human capital,so as to realize the improvement of productivity of each employ-ee.There are several ways to this end:the first,reasonable control of total employees;the second reasonably setting up organi-zation and jobs;the third,optimizing labor organization model and reducing labor input from the process reengineering,intensif-ying the building of informatization and optimized management model;the fourth,establishing effective assessment and incen-tive mechanism,arousing staff's work enthusiasm and stimulating their passion for innovation.
