New Ideas of Ideological and Political Work under the New Normal

在新常态下,面对新的情况、新的变化、新的挑战,思想政治工作必须开阔视野、与时俱进、不畏艰险、迎难而上,要有新的想法、新的思路。一要把握好人民群众的多元化思想脉搏,做好积极的、正面的引导;二要把握好以人为本和执政为民的核心意识,真正满足人民群众的合理需求;三要开阔视野,创新思维,激发人民群众的主观能动性;四要营造一个良性的思想政治工作氛围,使思想政治工作真正进入良性循环。

Under the new normal,the ideological and political workers have to enlarge their horizon,advance with the times,be fearless of danger and difficulty,grasp the nettle in their ideological and political work;and also they must have new i-deas and thoughts.First,they must grasp the diversified thought pulse of the masses,do a good job in guiding actively and pos-itively;second,grasp the core purpose of＂people-orientation＂and＂holding power for the people＂to meet the reasonable needs of the masses;third,expand their horizon,innovate their thinking to motivate the subjective initiative of the masses;fourth,build a good working atmosphere of the ideological and political work to make it into good circulation.
