廉洁文化是关于廉洁的知识、理念、制度及与之相对应的生活方式、行为规范的概括,是社会主义先进文化建设和惩治、预防腐败体系建设的重要组成部分。基层廉洁文化建设是企业文化建设的根基,应当更加注重实效性,同党员干部队伍建设、员工队伍建设和生产经营紧密结合起来,融入到企业文化建设中,与文明建设成为一个整体,成为党风廉政建设的有效载体。
