青岛市城镇化进程中基本公共服务均等化研究

Research on Equalization of Basic Public Services in Urbanization Process of Qingdao

实现基本公共服务均等化是新型城镇化建设的重要内容。当前青岛市城乡基本公共服务均等化进程加快,但重点领域仍存在制度不健全、基础设施不足、供给能力不强、均等化水平不高等问题。今后,一方面要全面完善城乡基本公共服务制度,另一方面要建立健全城乡基本公共服务均等化的保障机制。

Equalization of basic public services is an important part of the construction of the new urbanization .At present ,the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas of Qingdao has been accelerated .However ,there are still such deficiencies in the key areas as imperfect systems , inadequate infrastructure ,poor supply and low equalization .In the future ,the basic public service systems in urban and rural areas should be improved comprehensively .At the same time ,the security mechanism for the equalization of urban and rural basic public services should be established and im‐proved .
