对地方应用型本科与高职专科共同发展的思考

Reflections on Common Development of Local Application-oriented Universities and Higher Vocational Colleges

地方本科院校转型为技术应用型大学是我国高等职业教育和社会经济发展的需要。以前我国高等职业教育一直以专科层次的高职院校为核心,现在刚开始探索本科层次高职院校的发展,两种学校自然会出现一些问题和矛盾。找出本专科高等职业教育在刚起步的共同发展中可能会遇到的问题和矛盾,并探讨解决上述问题和矛盾的策略,防患于未然,实现高等职业教育的"双赢",具有重要意义。

The transformation from local universities to application‐oriented universities is the de‐velopment requirement of higher vocational education ,society and economy in China .In the past ,the core of Chinese higher vocational education was the higher vocational colleges .At present ,the explo‐ration on the development of the higher vocational university has started .Naturally ,the problems and contradictions between the two types of schools will emerge .Therefore ,it is of great significance to find out the problems and contradictions which higher vocational universities and colleges will encoun‐ter in their preliminary common development and explore the corresponding solutions and strategies . Nipping the problems and contractions in the bud is helpful to achieve the win‐win higher vocational education .
