Study on Design of Special Ejection Mechanism in the Injection Mold

顶出机构在任何注塑模具中都是必不可少的组成部分,顶出机构设计的好坏最终决定着制品的质量。注塑模具顶出机构种类很多,但对于制品上的柱位、深筋、网孔等部位顶出时常用四种特殊的顶出机构,包括活动镶块顶出机构、延时顶出机构、二次顶出机构、三次顶出机构。

Ejection device is indispensable constituent in any injection molds ,and the ejection mecha‐nism design ultimately determines the quality of products .There are many kinds of ejection mecha‐nisms in the injection molds .Four special ejection mechanisms are often used in the ejection of boss , deep rib and speaker hole ,including moveable insert core ejection mechanism ,later‐ejection mecha‐nism ,twice ejection mechanism and triple ejection mechanism .
