大型公共体育场馆委托经营管理模式研究——以河北省为例

Research on Consignation- based Management Mode of Large Public Stadiums——A Case Study of Hebei Province

为了提高大型公共体育场馆运作的管理效益和社会公共服务能力,解决大型公共体育场馆由于使用率较低而造成的运营经费不足的困难,借助信息经济学中"委托一代理"关系等基本理论,以河北省为例,指出河北省大型公共体育场馆委托经营的优势与意义及劣势与问题,分析其盈利模式,提出适合河北省大型公共体育场馆运营实际的对策,在丰富、拓展大型体育场馆市场化运营管理理论的同时,为提高大型体育场馆运营管理效益提供有价值的借鉴与参考。

In order to improve the management efficiency of large public stadiums and their public service ability, and solve the problem of the shortage of operating funds caused by low usage rate, this article adopts some basic theories in information economics such as ＂consignor - agent relationship＂ theory, and takes the management conditions in Hebei as an example, and then points out the advantages and significance as well as its disadvantages and problems of consignation - based management of large public stadiums in Hebei. After analyzing its profiting mode, this article then proposes some practical measures which fit for the management of large public stadiums in Hebei. While contributing to the enrichment and expansion of the theories on marketized management mode of large public stadiums, this study also serves to provide valuable references for the improvement of the economic efficiency of the management of large stadiums.
