摘要
新疆绝大多数少数民族信仰伊斯兰教,清真餐饮在新疆饮食中具有举足轻重的地位。然而,目前新疆清真餐饮企业还存在品牌保护意识不强、民族特色优势不明显、文化发展相对滞后和从业人员素质偏低等问题。今后,新疆清真餐饮企业需突出民族餐饮特色并加强人员培训;清真餐饮行业应完善发展规划,培育龙头企业,延伸产业链条;同时,政府仍需加大扶持力度,优化行业发展环境,以此促进新疆清真餐饮企业的健康发展。
Since the majority of ethnic minorities believe in Islam in Xinjiang, Halal food in Xinjiang occupies an importantposition in the diet of people in Xinjiang. However, Halal food enterprises in Xinjiang still face such problems, they are, brandprotection consciousness is not strong, the superiority of national characteristics is not obvious, and cultural development relativelylags behind and the personnel quality is low. In the future, Halal food enterprises should highlight the characteristics of nationalfood and strengthen personnel training; Halal food industry should perfect development planning system ,cultivate leading enterpri-ses, and extend the industry chain. At the same time, the government still needs to increase its support, optimize the environmenton industry development,promote the healthy development of Halal food enterprises in Xinjiang.
