摘要 教学策略是关乎教学质量、维系教育改革的重要课题。优化教学策略能激发学生的学习兴趣,提升教育价值。当前优化教学策略的方式主要有:放手式、讨论式、融情式、联动式和多元式等。要实现教学策略的优化,必须实行"一二三"保障模式,即:摆正一个关系——传统教学方法与教学策略优化的关系;加强二项修养——教师学习方法的积累,授课方式的琢磨;改革三种考评——期末考试,课堂考评,课后作业。 Teaching strategies are core projects of concern to teaching quality and education reform. The optimization of teaching strategies can not only stimulate the students’ interest in study but also elevate the value of education. As for now, the main methods of optimizing teaching strategies include the way of improving students' autonomy, group discussion, merging emotion with spirit and multi-agent coalition. In order to realize the optimization of teaching strategies, we must put the relationship of traditional teaching methods and the optimization of teaching strategies to a balanced situation and reform the measures of evaluation in final examinations, classroom assessment and homework. Also the teachers should improve themselves and adjust the teaching approaches.
