摘要
基于异步电机直接转矩控制原理,选用DSPTMS320F2812作为主控芯片设计了直接转矩控制调速系统,介绍了系统的硬件构成及软件实现。建立了仿真模型,采用MATLAB/Simulink软件进行了仿真实验。结果证明,调速系统启动时间短,转矩脉动较小,稳态时转速平稳,能够获得转矩的高品质动态性能。
A direct torque control speed regulation system is designed on the basis of the principle of direct torque control ( DTC ) for asynchronous motors and by use of DSPTMS320F2812 as the main chip of control circuit. This paper describes the hardware structure and software realization of the system and builds up a simulation model. A simulation test is made with MATLAB/Simulink. The results prove that the speed regulation system has a short start time, small torque ripple and stable steady-state speed, and can achieve high-quality dynamic performance of the torgue.
