摘要
对冲击发电机的控制系统进行了研究,特殊且严酷运行工况的冲击发电机,运行时间很短,一般是几百毫秒内输出短路电流。对冲击发电机的系统组成进行了分析,根据系统组成特点,构建了基于西门子S7-300可编程控制器的冲击发电机组控制系统组成和系统控制对象,设计了硬件系统和根据控制对象和控制目进行硬件组态,最后设计了基于组态王的PLC控制主程序和现场人机界面。
This paper presents a research on the control system of a surge generator. The surge generator working under special and severe conditions has a very short period of operation where a short circuit current is fed within hundreds of milliseconds. The paper analyzes the composition of the system. Based on the characteristics of system composition, it establishes Siemens S7-300-based PLC surge generator control system and control objects, designs its hardware system as well as a hardware configuration based on control objects and control aims and finally designs a Kingview-based PLC main control program and on-spot man-machine interface.
