摘要 提出了一个用MM430供水专用型变频器所控制的恒压供水装置远程监控系统,采用西门子S7-300系列PLC作为控制中心,实现了对水源区各水泵电机的切换控制与报警处理,并具有良好的稳定性和可靠性。主要阐述了系统的设计方案,部分硬件设计及软件设计。 This paper presents a remote monitoring system for the constant pressure water supply device controlled by MM430- a frequency converter dedicated for water supply applications. The system adopts Siemens S7-300 series PLC as its control center to realize switching control and alarm processing for water pump motors in the water resource district and is highly stable and reliable. This article focuses on the explanation of the system design scheme as well as some hardware and software design.
